"Come and you will see!"
- John 1:39
Two disciples followed John the Baptist and “when he saw Jesus passing by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!” (John 1:35) The two disciples immediately followed Jesus and were posed a question, “What do you want?” (John 1:38). Jesus Christ desires to ask us the same question. What are you seeking? Are you satisfied? Are you thirsting for more? Do you desire to do something great with your life? Jesus invites you, “Come, and you will see.” (John 1:39) at this year’s Saint John Paul 2 Camp.
If you are looking for an opportunity to renew your heart and grow in faith and discipleship, you are invited to join your peers and faith leaders from around the Diocese of Crookston at the Saint John Paul 2 Middle School Camp!
Saint John Paul II Camp is for youth entering grades 7 & 8 who have a desire to deepen their faith, live in that faith and share their faith with others. Throughout the camp, youth will be encouraged and mentored as they engage in prayer, worship, leadership development, spiritual reflection, play and service. The five-day experience is designed to encourage and equip youth for discipleship.

St. Teresa of Calcutta knew that a life of following Jesus came with its highs and lows, its mountains and valleys, however, she exclaimed, “Life is an adventure, dare it!” Will you accept the challenge? Jesus invites us to “Follow me,” (Luke 9:59). What will your answer be? How can you follow Jesus? Where is He calling you? Join us at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Camp to journey life with the Lord learning what it looks like to accept the challenge.
The Saint Teresa of Calcutta Camp is for youth entering grades 9 and 10 who have a desire to deepen their faith and are open to exploring the ordinary ways to share the Catholic faith as missionary disciples and servant leaders. Inspired by the life of St. Teresa of Calcutta, and anchored in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, campers will enter a five-day experience where they will gain a deeper understanding of their faith and will be presented with ways to witness that faith in their home, school, church, community, and world. A special emphasis will be placed on:
